I had some sign up as a ref. When they signed up they got confused because they accidently signed up as a points account. So they abandoned the email address used to sign up, and used a different email to sign up as a referral account and completed an offer. They have gone green and i have all the refs i need. But i'm not submitting for approval because I know I'm gonna have problems here because they used the same ip address to sign up for a site.
My question is Will trainn be able/willing to help out here and try to fix this misunderstanding? Or is it just a wasted ref?
