And the wait continues...

I've been looking at other people's topics and I've noticed that the approval process has been taking quite a bit longer than usual. I'm on my 9th business day as we speak and still nothing. I've also filled out a support ticket three days ago that hasn't been replied to.

What gives? If the approval process is going to stretch two weeks, I think they should change the 5-7 day period it states after you submit for approval.

Also, have other people had to wait numerous days for an answer to a support ticket?

I've been using trainn for a while and have absolutely no problems. They've been extremely helpful and a wonderful company to work with. I'm just trying to find out if other people are having the same problem and if so, could Trainn acknowledge these lagging changes?

patience is a virtue.... at least if your after freebies.... now if only my referals would turn green!!!

what date did you submit your account for approval?

usually it's just a problem with counting the number of business days.

Morning of Monday the 14th....So I'm on business day number 9.

Also, I submitted a support ticket on Monday so that's been another three business days.

sunday was the 14th
monday was the 15th (and also a holiday)

i would say the clock started on the 16th, so today would be the 8th business day.

Just my 2 cents, but TRAINN is very reputable but my last site took almost 14 full business days to be approved! But it was right around Christmas time, so I'm sure they were very busy. Shipping was very quick though! AS for support tickets more specific question usually take longer to answer than general question!

Thanks for everyone's input. I can get very impatient about stuff like this. Also with a lot of newbies around FIPG, it's hard to wait for approval because if a few of them go on hold or red, that can be another two weeks of waiting.

(I'm not saying a lot of newbies are frauders, just playing the devil's advocate)

Yo petter just chill i submited my desktop on the 14th nothing yet but i got paid for my ps3,wii,flatscreens on wednesday morning, im guessing the 14th should be done by friday if not monday the latest, and yur payment will be saturday if lucky if not next wednsday

I submitted around the same day as you for flashipods. I think we should go approved by tonite or tomorrow at the latest.

hmmm... I submitted on the 16th for the 360 site. I should get approved in a couple of days based on you just being approved.

I submitted my DesktopComputers account on the 19th, it has been a long week and next week will be even longer - it's a 12 referral / $500 account.

I agree with your first post though, They should take the 5-7 business days BS off the site. I've completed three Trainn sites now and it has been nearly two weeks for every one. They should update the site to read (whenever we get around to it) or at least 10-14 days or something like that so people don't start getting pissed off. Just my two cents

I submitted on Jan 20th for 3604Free. Today is business day 7 (or 6? Was there a holiday I don't know about?)

-_- I opened up a support ticket about missing credit and they were quick to respond and say that basically mt friend had to open a support ticket up rather then be, so I had her do that but still not word.

She is my final green I need for my bundle but its taking forever, is there anyway to get into direct contact with them. Like do they have an AIM or a phone number I can call. I'm so close to finishing and its taking soooooooooooooo long to credit, what's going on with trainn.org? And where is Alan hu? Isn't he supposed to be trolling these forums answering such questions? Any help would be great ^_^b

yes, the past month it seemed like Trainn's approving time has been slow. I've had to wait as long as the 14th business day once. Its ridiculous, but I guess thats because they have soo many members now?

There had to be some additional circumstances on that because there was never a time where it took anywhere near that long to review accounts.

There may be a fluctuation of 1-2 days on some occassions, but more often then not, it's exactly as we state up front.

Got approved this morning, and submitted my order for my $350! Now on to finish the Wii site, and add to the looong wait list for that.

my desktopcomputers account was approved this morning

i submitted it on 01/19, so 8 full business days (approved on the 9th business day).

looking forward to saturday and the $500.

my 7/7 wii account is under review (submitted 01/27), should find out in a week if it's approved.
