As far as missing credit requests. There is no lag or delays in the verification process, all valid requests that were submitted with proper information (email and headers) that are still pending are within 10 business days ( the stated timeline).

Hi Alan,
I signed up on YourIpodNano4Free...
I completed a the offer for Buyer's Advantage on 01/18/07 and up to this date, I still have not received credit. On the 25th, I submitted a MISSING CREDIT ticket and still have not received a response. Does it usually take this long for a reply...at the very least?

On missing credit requests, we do not send email replies to them. The information provided in the missing credit request is forwarded to the advertiser and once they confirm the sign-up happened on our site and the requirements were completed, we then credit your account.
Requests submitted with the information we request on the missing credit request form are usually resolved within 10 business days (2 full weeks) or less (as the oldest unresolved with proper information is at 9 currently).

Since I had complained here earlier, I just wanted to report back.
I had an offer that didn't credit, and, after waiting FOREVER for the status to change from "Received" to "Awaiting Confirmation", but yesterday, I DID get credit for it. I think it was sitting right at the 10 days since I had submitted it. So, thanks, Trainn.
Just another word on Internet settings. I had read and understood the stuff about cookies, etc., but initially I forgot about the fact that I'm running Norton Internet Security, which includes a personal firewall. I'm beginning to think that has more to do with things than I initially thought. The offer in question here was done without turning off the firewall. About a week or two later, I did two offers on another Trainn site. I turned off the firewall, but only for an hour. Because I investigated several offers before settling on one, I think it took me more than an hour by the time I completed the offer, and I think the firewall was back on. That offer hasn't credited yet. I turned the firewall off again, and completed a second offer, and it credited instantly. Not conclusive proof, but enough to convince me to be careful of it.[/quote3e02014a2d]
Day 7 and still no response... I'm getting worried!!! ?
