missing credit

i sent a missing credit report it has been 10. how long does it usally take and can i sign up for another offer instead

I dont mean to hijack but I too am also having trouble receiving credit & my friends. I suppose it hasn't been long enough for my manual credit to go green but I have been waiting since the 21st for credit (Pitney Bowes - instant) and opened a ticket for manual credit on the 29th. I got confirmation email, and the item I applied for shipped already and as I have in the past i took screenshots. Then one of my friends is waiting for Stamps.com - instant and another did Celladerm - instant both on the 19th and 21st respectively. Maybe Trainn Alan or Support could give us an update? Or does it just usually take several days for credit?

Ah thanks, then that makes a lot of sense....er wait a sec, you said full headers...so that computer jibberish stuff after making Google show the original email is supposed to be copy and pasted into it too?

What should I do if I did not perform the method you said...should I sent a support ticket regarding that?

Yes, copy and paste that "computer jibberish stuff" into the space given for manual credit. If you fail to do so, open a support ticket with "computer jibberish stuff" and an explanation on what happened.

Missing credit requests are different from support tickets. Support is still fast, but manual credit is out of their control.

Not to be a suck up or anything but regardless Trainn is hands down the best network... Ever since from the start its been pretty sweet. And also this waiting business helps us get extreme patience even though missing credits sure is lame...

I am having crazy problems with YourNintendo and getting credit for a transaction I did back on 12/21/06. I have sent in a Missing credit request, opened two support tickets (one got closed) and I still haven't received one reply from YourNintendo!

It's been a total of 17-18 days. What gives?
