did Nov 23 and 24 (Thanksgiving) count as business days? One of my referrals stated that he filled a missing credit request on Nov 20, and I wondering when I should expect a green.

I believe the 23rd counted, the 24th did not.

Have him open a support ticket. It takes 10 business days for Trainn to accept or deny a manual credit request.
