Can any Trainn admin give us an update on the shipping of the first PS3s?

I'm referring to people that are "Processing"...when are you sending out the first shipments?

Thanks.

Can we know how long shipments 2-4 will be. I am in "Pre-Ordered - Waiting" I tried to open a ticket, but the server crashed when I went to submit it. (

Can we also know the process on the Wii's Processing? I am Processing on Wii and in Canada. Thanks.

Initially, the admins (posting on A4F) said something about "within 7 days of launch" and I was not sure what this meant. Does it mean the people that went to "Processing" would be getting the PS3 within 7 days or the PS3 would be sent out within 7 days, or something else?

People that went to "Processing" were supposed to be the few that would be in the first batch...I'm just curious if this is still the case. If so, great!! )

Maybe I wasn't clear. There were very few people that went to "Processing"...these people were to be the ones to receive the FIRST shipment from Trainn, which means they DO HAVE some PS3s that they will ship out. All I'm wanting to know is whether they did in fact as many PS3s as they expected and whether they would still send those out relatively fast, or if we would actually have to wait longer. I'd prefer to get it sooner than later, but I'd also like to get some minor idea when I'd get one. I realize Trainn is much better about letting us know, than say Freepay, so I thought I might hear from them...especially since they were giving us regular feedback and status on A4F (before it went down). That's all.

But you got to remember, the later you get your system, the lower the amount of bugs in the PS3. No system has launched perfectly without glitches and mess ups. The 360 overheated, etc. The Wii isn't reading discs for some and the update for the Wii is crashing the Wii. The PS2 was buggy as hell from what I have heard. I would rather have gotten it sooner to just eBay it, but since it will probably take a while, I am keeping mine.

That's a very good point and I have a question about this based on anyone's experiences with previous systems. On previous systems, were bugs mainly software or hardware? If software, I'm guessing network updates would fix this....I guess the Xbox360 would be most analogous, have bugs been a big issue with it?

I know the overheating issue for the Xbox360 was a problem but they made some fixes for it...I'm guessing if your console breaks within the first 6 months or a year, you have warranty coverage that should get you a full replacement...am I being naive about this?

For the Wii, it was software issues, you have to send the Wii to Nintendo.
