Quick question...

Hopefully my 360 and iPod get approved soon. My question is that when they approve and get shipped does the 360 and iPod get left on my doorstep or do they stay in the postal office or something like that. Im in Canada so maybe it differs from the states. Thanks

In the states, they aren't allowed to leave the package on your doorstep unless you leave a signed note stating that you want them to leave it. OF course, that rule was from a while ago, so maybe its changed.

Also, you really want $700-800 sitting on your doorstep?

defainatly dont want it sitting on my doorstep thats why i was kinda worrie, was wondering if anyone in canada can tell me where its left?

really? they leave packages on my doorstep all the time

hmmm... thats what I mean... some people are saying that its left are there doorsteps while others are saying the postal office are calling them and telling them to come pick it up.

My iPod got left on the doorstep from TRAINN, even though I think it said on the box that it needed a signature. I'm in Canada.

My iPod was put in my mailbox, it was shipped by futureshop. For my 360, the guy came to my door, but I was home and it came from amazon.ca . They shouldn't leave it on your doorstep, unless your mailman is a tool.

Unless the sender (i.e Amazon.com) request a signature, They (UPS, FEDEX,DHL or whom ever) can leave the packeage on your doorstep.

dammit.....lol =D need to tell my mom to put the mailbox back on the wall, she takes it down to clean it and it never goes back up! lol! Thanks for all the replies, so I guess sometimes it does and sometimes it doesnt get left on the doorstep
