Support Request & manual credits

One of my refs signed up back in September, credit never went through and a manual request was sent after the required 5 day waiting period. Anyway, it's now mid November and trainn has yet to grant credit. Numerous support requests have been submitted by that person, none of which have been answered.
I've even submitted a request which I'm still waiting for an answer on.

Is the the new way for Trainn? I was under the impression they were one of the better in terms of crediting and support but this is getting ridiculous.
Has anyone else been having such troubles recently?

In the other post it says they're behind on approvals as well, maybe they're just backed up, either way, I think they need to hire more people

The oldest un-reviewed account is at 8 business days. That is only 1 day longer then the stated 5-7 business day.

Any missing credit request submitted WITH the proper information that is requested is resolved with 10 business days. Anything longer then that either

A) Did not contain all of the information we request. It clearly states that requests submitted without all of the information will not be processed.

B) You are not getting the truthful information from the person.

C) Was not confirmed. It's unlikely that was the case as it would already be shown in the Missing Credit Request status page, but it's the only other possibilty in the situation discribed above.

Also, no request is ever ignored. All support inquiries are answered within 3 business days.

Hey, very nice response, Train-Alan, do you know how long all the accounts will be that have submitted lately? Can you verify if it will be 7 or 8 days?

Thank you for the reply Alan. It's always good to see active reps in the forums. At least now I know what the current expected times are and such.
I'll have my ref check this thread out and follow up again with you guys.

Tonight is the 10th business day for 1 site I've submitted for review of mine, and the 8th business day for 2 other sites - though there was Veteran's Day as one of the business days, and I'm counting the day I submitted for review as one of the business days...

Also, does anyone know why their login scripts don't work on Firefox? Everytime I try to login from home I get the following error

Well, Veteran's Day was actually a Saturday... not a business day...

So what dates did you submit the sites on?

I use firefox and never get that problem.

Damn. 14 day approval??

ive been waiting for my support ticket to finally be closed when i sent in the shipping info i forgot to put the game i wanted in my comments so i sent in a support ticket.

Still nothing and i sent it in the 16th.

I've been waiting for one of my referrals to turn green. lm1216 claimed he submitted manual credit on the 11/14/2006, and it's been about 12 business days. Still no green.

Should I file a ticket request or what do I do? He seems like he's pretty trustworthy. However, my first trade on freeipodguide was a scammer who had like 8 reputation.....
