Hmm why does it take so long to receive a reply from support in my support tickets lately? Im awaiting an iPod on YFVI and I sent a support ticket 2 days ago and hasn't been answered yet. Maybe because it's really popular now it has soo many members to respond to?

I emailed them on sep. 3rd, and have sent two emails since then, and have not heard any kind of reply whatsoever, anyone else having this kind of problem. my account got put on hold, and i emailed them to ask why, and i still havent heard anything, and it has been 11 days now.
