That's the same problem I'm having right now. Both people I refered over the weekend completed their offers fully and received confirmation emails and everything - yet I'm still not seeing the credits for them. I'm thinking it might be a problem or something on their end.

They are probably doing Level B offers. To provide credit to a referrer a user must complete 1 Level A offer OR 50 points or more (125 points or more for FlashiPods4free, offers are the same, just different values).

All users that have receieved credit are listed on your account. Anyone that isn't showing a check mark has not had any sign-ups reported on their account.

But I know that the zip.ca offer is a Level A offer. My friend and my neighbor both did the zip.ca offer, so I should have received credit already, but I haven't.

I've checked the account that is linked in your signature and your account is correctly showing every user that has gotten credit. If it's not listed, we haven't been informed of any sign-ups for an advertiser on their behalf.

On a more general scale, the proposed problem is impossible given the way the system is structured. The same source that lists a users credit as "YES" is the same that puts a check mark on your page.

I just spoke with my friend who signed up Saturday, and his zip.ca credit is still saying "Pending" on his account. So is there a delay or something from zip?

I also have another question. If neither of these offers from my friend or neighbor gets credited in the end (due to whatever technical slip ups), can they complete another different offer in an attempt at getting me a referal credit? Because if niether of these zip.ca offers credits, that's a whole 2 referals I'm still out.

And I've had a very difficult time getting these referals so far. I really don't want to have two of them shot down like this.

Pending is a Click History status that is applied to every click for the first 7 days after the click. After 7 days, the status changes and they are allowed to file a missing credit request.

If they would like to complete another offer then can, but since they claim to have already done so, it would not be necessary as they can file a missing credit request after 7 days and we will attempt to manually verify the sign-up.

Alright, that sounds good. I'm sorry - I hope I'm not coming off as impatient or rude. It's just that this is the very first time I've attempted a referal program and I want it to go as smoothly as possible.

Alright, so I got my friend and my neighbor to both submit missing credit reports. How long does it usually take for those to process?
