Offer completed but I dont see verify link !!!

I was using a "point" based system and I finally managed to get the required points. However all it says in the progress bar is "completed". I dont see a "verify" link. Anyone know how to do it??

It is not necessary to submit your account for review when using the point method, you may go right to the rewards page and order your item.

When I submitted my order, the corresponding points disappeared. Is this the way it usually works??

Once your order has been submitted, the point cost of the gift is deducted from your account balance.
