How long for TRAINN to do a user check?

Hello, I need help. I greened for someone's 360 site and he refuses to pay me until their freebie site approves him(I never heard about that one before, it should REALLY be against the rules). I don't want to wait until TRAINN to approve his item, so I was thinking I should just ask him to request a user scan on me. How long would the process take?
