after you recieve an item from a trainn website, can you do it again?
or are you only allowed to get 1 item/website forever

No, I don't think you can.

I don't really know, however someone told me you could.

Yyou can send a support ticket saying you want to switch your account type, either from referrals to points, or points to referrals. Then you can just complete the site over. So you can pretty much do every Trainn site twice, once on points, and once on referrals.
