flash ipod and video ipod referral numbers

Hi, I am looking to sign up for a Trainn ipod, either the flash ipod site or video ipod. I was wondering if someone could give me an updates list of the referral requirements for each of the ipods. Thanks

I don't think that thread is entirely up to date. The flash ipod site has an option for a 30gb video ipod, but that is not on that list of site requirements. How many refs does it take to get the 30gb video ipod from the flash ipods site?
