My friend still hasn't recieved credit for his offer compeltion under my account, and he completed the offer at around Friday at midnight, according to him. He did the True.com offer, but he has not recieved credit yet, despite it being a "Next Business Day" offer. I was expecting it be credited by Monday or at least when I got home today, but still nothing. I have a feeling this is going to turn into a real pain. Can any of you Trainn representatives help or anybody period?

Thank you very much.

calm down..sometimes it doesn't credit.

Just ask him to submit for manual credit after 7 days and your friend will be credited within 10 bus days..

What if the trial to the product ends within 7 days and he doesnt want to continue the offer? Will he still be eligible for credit if he submits for manual credit after the trial has been ended and cancelled?

Yes. When you submit for manual credit, it asks you if you have been billed by the company, and if you are still continuing service with the company. If he's tried the service and doesn't like it and cancels within the appropriate period, that's perfectly fine. Just have him (after 7 days) submit a ticket with the email confirmation including headers, and he will get credited.

Wait, he says he doesn't have the email confirmation...

He did the true.com, and he says he has a confirmation number and the welcome message, but its not an email. It came directly from the site after he signed up.

I had the same problem at first w/ this offer...Although after rummaging through all too many spam emails I found it in there. Take the time to find it, b/c it's there.

What if he can't find the email and he's already cancelled the account? (Which he has)

He still has his confirmation number though and all the info from sign up...

Will that do? I'm pretty sure a confirmation number serves some purpose...
