I know same household accounts are prohibited, but I would like to sign up for the desktop PC site. I found that my sister has created an account, but has yet to do anything on it. If I create my account here on my laptop over WiFi, complete a few offers, then head back to college and complete some more offers, would I be penalized even if there is no activity on my sister's account? Thanks!

I believe trainn allows you to create a new account if the origional account is completely dormant, but I'd make sure to have you (or your sister) put in a support ticket saying thats what you're doing so that nothing arises come approval.
