I've sent 2 emails in the past 2 weeks and I still haven't gotten a response yet. What's the matter?

they dont like you wink I dunno everytime I contact them I usually get my support ticket answered within a few days. Now that doesnt mean its the answer I wanted to get lol but they usually answer pretty fast.

Have you tried a support ticket? I beleive you are talking about using the link at the top of the page that says contact.

I'm in the same boat as you. I sent in emails but I haven't gotten a response. I haven't tried a support ticket because I can't get into my account.
yeah i am waiting for a support ticket from thursday. i am sure they will respond to me soon
