My guess is that they revoked your credit, therefore cancelled your order. I'd submit a support ticket.

Surprise, Suprise, Trans trying to screw over their customers again. Don't expect a reply from them within the next week. They have the worst customer service!
My advice, don't do Trans sites, all they've done is screw me over.
