Lately my last few referrals have been yellow for some time though the offers they completed typically green in 2-3 days max. Has anyone else been experiencing problems?

Did an offer under YourFreePS3s.com on 2/25/06 and still have yet to get credit. Applied for manual credit on 2/26/06... waiting. Most other offers have credited pretty quick (2-3 days max.)

Hoping to get some sort of response here next week.

I have a 5th ref on yfvi that has been yellow for a while now. He has submitted a manual credit request. Hopefully they will credit soon. I have only had like 2 refs who have had to do that on trainn sites. And they both were credited by the end of the manual credit request time frame.

same sht here... my last ref on flashipods is about to fill out the request credit form... and i've submitted for manual credit for YFFS about 2 days ago... hopefully getting the credit... i don't mind waiting.

14-03-2006 15:47:56

Yeah 2 of the people who did offers under me, one 2 or 3 days ago, the other about 2 weeks ago, have yet to go green. Credit was requested for one but still no green.

Yeah I haven't been too pleased by the crediting from Trainn. Waiting a while for someone to get credit on flashipods and me on dvdrecorders.

well then why is it that so many people are getting no credit at all.. it wasnt like this before

cyberpunk243

15-03-2006 16:44:16

Yeah, crediting used to be really quick and especially after this Freepay announcement I said I would switch over for sure. Now, the crediting is slow and I have yet to receive credit for 2 of my referrals. I am scared to have anyone else do an offer under me since they aren't crediting.

[quote617c85151b="aguy"]well then why is it that so many people are getting no credit at all.. it wasnt like this before[/quote617c85151b]

Absolutely nothing has changed on our end nor is the average any higher then before. It's just a case of higher numbers, higher problems. For example, the average missing credit rate may be 5% which would be 50 requests per 1,000, but then when you hit 10,000 users and the 50 requests turns into 500. It's a higher number, but still at the same levels as before.

tpham2006

looked like I spoke 2 soon. I had 2 ref who did an instant since the 13th but have yet to be credited. It's only been 3 days so I'll wait a bit more

Not much point to an "instant" credit offer if it's not so "instant" (

Alan, you guys should get someone to implement instant crediting on your site.

Get someone to work on the scripts on the admin side of the site and get the site to download CSV reports automatically, even from advertisers who don't have true instant crediting.

The guy from Traxio Network, named Mike, can do it for you. You can email= him and ask him at email=Support@Traxio.netSupport@Traxio.net him and ask him at email=Support@Traxio.netSupport@Traxio.net/email. He is also on AIM with the username "Traxio Live Chat".

He did it for Free4Me Network already. You can see his post at http//www.anything4free.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=47309

That website, OrderIt4Free, has instant crediting too.

Alan, would you mind letting me know how I can go about getting credit for the Lumident offer I did several weeks ago? I got charged $106.90 for it, but I can't seem to get credit for completing it. I've filed a request awhile back, and still nothing.

Trainn-Alan

16-03-2006 15:21:48

You can pm me your request number and I can check that specific one, but in general if you have completed the requirements and have submitted the requested information, there should be no problem with getting the sign-up confirmed.

Yeah, Trainn is a little slow-paced on crediting.

Alan did you read that post? Instant crediting could help you guys a little more.

Trainn-Alan

16-03-2006 16:19:17

Again, I don't know how much clearer I can get, but when the sign-up is reported to us (whether it is instantly, hourly, next day, etc) it is automatically credited. If something takes 2 days to credit, that means it wasn't reported to us for 2 days.

yea i had a few problems but i got them all to go green and submitted for approval a week ago and im still waiting ( the thing that sucks is it only took my friend 3 hours to get approved but you never know how long it is gonna take

cyberpunk243

Yeah, my referral just submitted for manual credit. Hopefully it will go through quickly. TRAINN used to credit so quick too. (

cyberpunk243

Yeah I got one of the credits, waiting on the other now. I hope all of my referrals don't have to submit for manual credit, this is a drag.

b0otleg

20-03-2006 21:34:51

Haha, everyone in this thread will encounter longer approval times, mysterious DQ's, and postponed shipments. Just kidding, those few greens never went through but I'll put my faith in Trainn that they were due to human error. I just went approved on YourFreeFlatScreens, hopefully PayPal will come in the next few days.

20-03-2006 22:43:20

my friend did true.com , waited for 2 weeks, sent in a missing credit report, no use. didn't get credited. Now, he did ANOTHER offer, miracle burn. Its the next day after he did it and no credit, if this doesn't credit i'll lose hope in TI.. Not bitching because i didn't get it, but because i used to trust this site with crediting so much and now its now i'm reconsidering its credibility

Trainn-Support

How and when a sign-up reports to us is beyond our control. We only can credit what does. If it doesn't credit, then it hasn't been reported to us.

true, but no response to an open ticket for almost a week is not good

So what is the process for a missing credit? Are all the missing credits just files away in some database? Are the vendors contacted at all? I am currently waiting on 3 missing credits the longest was requested on the 14th.
Just wanting to understand the process better.
Thanks

You send them to us, we send them to the appropriate party and wait for the response. If it's verified, you get credit. It's not complicated at all.

Thanks for the reply, It's just in this day with all the tech availible there should be no reason and missing credit goes longer than 5 buisness day IMO.Yeah I now you said volume went way up..here's a quote can not remember from who
" If you fail to plan, then you plan to fail"
And I am not blaming all this on trans. I'm sure you get the vendors enough refferals to use your "muscle" to get them to act in a more timely manor.
Thanks!

Trainn-Alan

21-03-2006 13:05:01

There is not a better way to do this. Believe it or not, we actually already do have a "leg up" as the standard policy is many won't even consider looking into them until after 30 days (a few are 14 days), we start collecting the information on day 7 and the information is to then sent over within a day or two after that.

What some do not know though is in the event where direct relationships are not present, the offers can be ran through 3-4 different sources (by the ones that provide them to us) so in those situations, we're just one of many middle men and have to wait for everything to pass through the affiliate chain.

Just a bit of good news to go with all the bad. I just tried out blockbuster online and it was a truly instant credit. If there movie service is as fast as there crediting I will be making a switch from netflix D. Thanks TraInn!

Anyone know how long for Stamps.com to come through on manual credit. I've had a referral complete the offer on February 4th, and submitted a manual credit request on February 19th. No credit as of yet 45 days after my referral has completed his offer and 30 days after credit request. =\
