i contacted them and they said that they were now shipping mid jan. and were going to start shipping weekly to get back up to date. has anyone pre-jan received their 360 yet? or is anyone in the mid jan group and can tell me what their status says? i'm just trying to see how long it might take for my system to arrive. i'm in the mid feb group.

well i'm not sure who or where you heard that from, but i just asked trainn support yesterday and got
"We hope to ship your item with this next week to 10 days.
When the order has entered the shipping process, your order status will be updated to reflect the different stages and should arrive 3-5 business days after the order has been shipped."
oh and i ordered on dec. 9th. so i dunno, whatever.

looked today, my "cancel" button on my shippment has been taken away, maybe they are finally sending it out, that would be sweet.

"A big shipment of systems is en route to us and will cover probably all orders placed through mid-late January. After that, we expect the system to be readily available so it should be only a matter of weeks before the orders are up to date.
