One of my referrals just submitted a manual credit request for his referral.
I've heard stories about TRAINN taking a looong time to manual credit. Should I just have him do another offer? Thats the direction I'd like to take if this thing takes a month to manual credit.

It takes about a month, I think. I'd recommend he do another offer.
