(Some will not even notice any tickets missing, but for those who do, here is the reason)
We are in the process of updating the dns of server the support tickets rely on and during this period (should be fine for all within the next 10 or so hours) you may not see all of your tickets (especially if you are submitting a new one) or our replies that have occurred within the last 4-6 hours.
Don't worry though as nothing is being lost and they are still being received. They just aren't visible, but will be once your ISP is pointing you to the new server.
Also, for the record, [b395e72196e]nothing else is being effected by this change[/b395e72196e]. All other aspects are working as usual.
all i have to say is you are awesome at those support tickets in the past few days i would send one and within a few hours it would be answered keep up the good work -)
Wish I could say the same right now. But I've done 3 missing credit request and a support ticket and have no responses. Maybe it is the server thing that is slowing this down.
