Status changes for trainn?

well i'm new to the whole freebie scene and i just got approved recently from trainn for my 60gb white ipod. Is the processing and shipped only for freepay websites or does it have it in trainn sites as well? Mine currently says nothing except the estimated ship date..hm..(KARMA+++) COME ON!! lol

Between the Date and the estimated shipping date is your account status. It should say received when you place the order. Eventually it will change to shipping soon, then shipped.

so shipping soon occurs how many days after received and how many days does shipped occur after shipping soon?

how soon it changes to shipping soon varies. My order was for the black 30gig so it was in high demand and took 3 weeks to change to shipping soon. After it changed to shipping soon it changed to shipped in 3 days but when I checked the tracking number it had actually shipped the day before. There are no absolute definates. It really depends on what you ordered and how easy it is for TRAINN to get their hands on it. I've heard of people receiving their gifts with in seven days of placing the order.

ah well i ordered it on the 23th, so today is the only full business day. I ordered the 60GB white video ipod, so i hope it is not as demanding. 3 Weeks seems very long, how about the shipping estimate they gave you? it must have been way off.

About nine business days late, but TRAINN support told me it could take an extra two weeks due to demand. I think because the holidays are ending it is easier for them to get the items now. I haven't heard of any long delays for the 60 GB white iPods.

oh okay, do most white ipod orders come on time then?

I haven't heard of any problems with them. Whatever happens, you'll definately get your iPod. I hope it comes soon. Congratulations on completing the site and getting approved.

i never got shipping soon. i got received, processing, shipped. 3 steps only. approved in 6 days, then went to processing. 2 days later went shipped.

i would assume that the backorder and shipping times will decrease because of the end of the christmas shopping season. demand will ease off and then more ipods will be availible!

That is correct, the only thing that is still in high demand and taking a while to fill are the 4gb Nano's (even Apple is taking 2+ weeks to fill their orders).

i got approved on the 23th, its the 28th and it is still received? can it not change but still deliver on the estimated date?

no clue man, i ordered on 20th and it says the same for me. but i'm not gonna contact them about it, i'm sure it will eventually come )

On average, Canadian shipments take about 2 weeks to deliver.

how often do shipments come on estimated dates? i know alan would say they will, but i also know alot of people who haven't, but were those because of backorders? even if there weren't backordered white ipods, they SHOULD arrive on the estimated date, even if its less than 2 weeks

When the item is available? Most of the time they arrive on or before the shipping date. Many people miss the key word in the status though, it is the [ibd3bbb5e2a]"Shipping[/ibd3bbb5e2a] Estimate" not "Estimated [ibd3bbb5e2a]Arrival[/ibd3bbb5e2a] Date."

When I placed my order for the 60gb black one on the 20th, it said estimated shipping date was the 30th. I didn't assume I'd recieve it then, but I assumed it would ship then. But of course it was only an estimate and now I've got the informative "Shipping Soon". I'm praying that the soon part will really be soon )

WOAH - It says Shipped! It changed to soon this morning and now it says SHIPPED. that liISli soon ) )

Lucky. I placed my order two weeks ago, had one referral go red for whatever reason after they checked them. Got another person to do one, so now waiting for the second time for approval. Sigh. hope it comes soon

past my estimated and still not 'shipping', oh well.

just got turned to SHIPPED!, i dont' have my trracking number though, when do youg et it? is it possible to receive your ipod without one?
