well it isn't Trainn's fault that you didnt recieve credit. It is a long process that usually tkes about 30 days because they ahve to get in contact with the company and verify the information with them. Don't get mad at Trainn they'll get to you when they get the chance. You complain as if it's a problem getting something free or as if it was a necessity. Of course from the looks of it, you seem to be a first timer so I suppose you have tie right to rant.
well, still, asking for a reply and not getting it produces a bad impression. i'm with Aprout on this one.
they dont reply to missing credit requests
they have always replied to support issues within 30 minutes of me sending a ticket
Alan hasn't been on these forums for a while. I sent him a message on the 14 and it hasn't been read.
im on day 16 for my missing credit report........and i just get recycled automated message for my support tickets
well give it time, their buisy
I'd love to see you complainers run Trainn and give PERSONAL responses to each of your customers because the offer site failed to give them notice that they had completed the offer.
by thwe way, X, your sig is missing the after the link. you just have
alan was on here yesterday, he answered my comment \
I don't expect them to give immediate responses to my missing credit, but I think they should at least reply to my customer service inquries asking for an update and explanation...especially since it has been 22 days since I sent my first customer service inquiry. I realize that missing credit takes a while; all I want is an email telling me they are working on it or something.
Ha, I just got a response from Alan....
Alan reminds me of God, he answers our prayers. (I think)
I think the best customer service comes for the smaller sites... Like RewardBull, InstantProfitz and the Free4me sites.

Perhaps, but you don't know when those sites will "shut down" and throw your incomplete work away.
yeah those sites also probably deal with a userbase of 20 people
not near as many as trainn does.
cut the guy some slack, I hear he's like 21, and does other shit too.
considering they've shipped out 200K in gifts i think they are here to stay
it is a free item. but we do have the right to complain all we want. without us, they would be out of business.
