well it isn't Trainn's fault that you didnt recieve credit. It is a long process that usually tkes about 30 days because they ahve to get in contact with the company and verify the information with them. Don't get mad at Trainn they'll get to you when they get the chance. You complain as if it's a problem getting something free or as if it was a necessity. Of course from the looks of it, you seem to be a first timer so I suppose you have tie right to rant.

well, still, asking for a reply and not getting it produces a bad impression. i'm with Aprout on this one.

I'd love to see you complainers run Trainn and give PERSONAL responses to each of your customers because the offer site failed to give them notice that they had completed the offer.

I don't expect them to give immediate responses to my missing credit, but I think they should at least reply to my customer service inquries asking for an update and explanation...especially since it has been 22 days since I sent my first customer service inquiry. I realize that missing credit takes a while; all I want is an email telling me they are working on it or something.

I think the best customer service comes for the smaller sites... Like RewardBull, InstantProfitz and the Free4me sites.

Perhaps, but you don't know when those sites will "shut down" and throw your incomplete work away.

yeah those sites also probably deal with a userbase of 20 people
not near as many as trainn does.
cut the guy some slack, I hear he's like 21, and does other shit too.
considering they've shipped out 200K in gifts i think they are here to stay
it is a free item. but we do have the right to complain all we want. without us, they would be out of business.
