on yourfreevideoipods.com, the support ticket, when you make one it says account but i can't seem to put anything in it. Secondly, i can't seem to save my country in the country box (being Canadian). It just reverts back to the empty box. Lastly, i live in a province, not a state, i can't change it either (which was said earlier).

As long as your other info is correct, I think they know that Vancouver British Columbia is in Canada.
