Black 30gb iPod shipments

I'm getting really frustrated with Trainn right now. I put my order in for approval November 25th and my estimated shipping date was December 5th. It is now December 10th and my order is "Shipping Soon." I have tried to get a hold of Trainn and Alan via the forum and support ticket ( I sent the suport ticket almost a week ago), but neither have bothered to get back to me. When should I expect a shipment? I understand that the black 30gb iPods are more in demand, but how much longer must we all wait to receive them compared to the white ones? My friend submitted his account for approval 2 days after me for the white one and his estimated shipping date was the 7th, and his white iPod has already been marked "Shipped." Trainn, can you please help me and just respond to my ticket, I really don't know what to think right now. cry

so my friend got his 30gb white ipod today when he got his account approved after me... how sad. AND i just saw a UPS truck drive by my house but no cool 30gb black ipod for me today.... cry its marked shipped and im still waiting for trainn to get back to me via support tickets and questions for a tracking number. i hope mine comes within the next few days, im soooo excited i cant even handle it

ahh i finally got a tracking number! its shipping from china... then it went to alaska then to indianapolis.... but passed me by in cali. why didnt they just ship itdirectly to me? im supposed to receive it on the 19th lol

I too have a shipping date of the 8th. I got a reply from customer service this morning that said the black 30gb were in high demand, and that they were hoping to have them shipped soon.

WooHoo! I've changed from \pending\ to \shipping soon\! My approval was on 11/28, and estimated ship date was 12/8. I know there are a few other people on here who've posted that their original ship date for the black 30gb was 12/8 also - has your status changed?

I just put in an order for a 30gb black iPod on December 22nd with an estimated shipping date of January 1st. Not trying to start a flame thread but just wondering if I should expect a similar wait time as the others or will it be shipping on time (or close to it)? I'm going to be selling it to my fiance's younger brother and would love to get it to him as soon as possible. Thanks

The only reason the orders did not ship was because the item was extremely hard to track down in large quantities due to the holiday. With holiday shopping practically over, the IPODS will be available in mass quantities and not take as long to track down and ship.

should be at my place on Tuesday the 27th
my original est. shipping date was Dec 19th
so if you ask me i dont think they are running behind schedule at all
