Just Submitted Approval for 60 Gig Video Pod!

Submitted today so we'll see if Alan was speaking accurately when he said approval time is now 6 business days. I'll keep you all posted on what goes down.

Even after you get approved, its not going to get shipped for a looooooong time from what I have heard.

Yeah, last time i gota approved in 2 days by submitting when i got 6 and changing it to 8 => approved in 2 days (after i got 6)

I ordered a 60GB White on Dec 7, and my estimated shipping date is Dec 17th, except my order status shows Shipped. Oh well, we'll seel.

My shipping estimate was the 9th... of november. Its supposed to be delivered today, UPS guy is taking his time though, I'm gonna jump through the fucking door when he knocks on it, i've been waiting a long time for this damn thing

I submitted my order for a 60 gig black ipod video on DEC 7th, it says "Shipping soon" but estimated shipping date of the 17th. Anyone know what "shipping soon" actually means? lol P

Heres an update, submitted my order on the 7th of december for a 60 gig black vid ipod, was shipped out yesterday, it will be here the 13th via UPS

When did you submit for approval? I submitted for approval on the 8th and I would like to know about when I'll be able to place the order.

I submitted for approval on the 26th of november, was approved on the 7th, was shipped on the 10th, much faster than I expected especially with the black model.

My experience was a lot like phormat. I submitted for approval on the 27th, approved on the 7th, shipped on the 9th, but im still waiting for it to get to my door. phormat, did you receive it yet?

no didnt receive yet, the tracking says it will be here tommorow via UPS

Well, I submitted for approval on the 8th. Even if you don't include the 8th in the number of days I have been waiting, today is the 7th business day. Per Alan's almost constant recommendation, I will open up a support ticket on YourFreeVideoIpods.com, but I just thought I'd post this here to see if anyone else is having similar issues. my update was that i received it on tuesday. i was soooo happy. i need a case though. i dont want to use it till i get a case.

Hey, kinda off topic, but could you let me know what case you get when you get one and tell me if you are happy with it? The idea is to get one that retains the small size/portability of the iPod but also protects it and is comfortable to hold / use. Please let me know.

What is it that takes the approval process so long? I'm not a site owner so I don't know. When I ordered from OrderIt4Free.com, approval took like a day. Does Trainn draw it out longer on purpose? Maybe to wait until more money comes in from advertisers? I would be totally fine with that if that was the case, but I would just like to [i827f313aef]know[/i827f313aef] how long it takes so that I can [i827f313aef]know[/i827f313aef] when I will be able to place the order - the uncertainty is what disappoints me.

When I posted it, that was the current wait time (not a new change, just how long the first account that was yet to be reviewed was waiting), but the typical wait time is 5-7 business days and that is what everyone emailing or submitting a support ticket is told. It seems there is a severe lack of patience if it is not done that very second that time passes, there's posts like this. That's why we are forced to give general timeframes.

i'm on my 7th, yay. Keep in mind alan is saying typical, it isn't confirmed. So if it is after the 7th business day you shouldn't flip out JUST yet.

Since the insane demand for ipods will all cease after Sunday and they will actually be available in most places, the order estimates from here on out should be pretty accurate.
