anybody?? or does anybody have any experiences w/ the missing credit requests?

Daggoth

10-12-2005 12:09:48

takes about a month to respond.

ch3d

10-12-2005 18:02:46

I believe it

It's been two days now and it feels like a month. HOw long should a brotha wait befoe pm'ing the rep?

Daggoth

10-12-2005 18:12:58

umm no.. it actually does take a month. PMing a rep does not help. If you don't get credit the first time around, Trainn has to contact their advertiser about you actually doing the offer. It usually takes a month for their advertiser to confirm it.

vabigpoppa

10-12-2005 18:42:09

if it really does take a month, they need to take the 10 days thing off of their website, very misleading

ch3d

10-12-2005 19:22:09

damn. just when I was starting to like Trainn. I thought the 7 day wait thing to submit for a credit was too good to be true. That sucks. So TainnAlan isn't as cool as Freepay Jake?

Daggoth

10-12-2005 19:25:37

Do you know what freepay's approval times are?

ch3d

10-12-2005 21:42:07

depends on the site

R34

I have heard that a lot of peopel are geting approved within the 7-10 business day period for freepay sites. you should proabably move your post to the Freepay forum though. As for Missing credit reports, i have a few of my refs that are waiting to hear back as well. I have 4 weeks off from school where i wont be getting refs or anything so hopefully by the time i get back, they will get credit for their offers.

I submitted a missing credit report on Nov 18 and still have not heard a thing from Trainn. It's almost been a month now, which is really kind of disapointing. This is the first bad experience I've had with Trainn.

Yeah, I also got impatient w/ my missing credit report. I finally just submitted a customer service inquiry, and they credited me within a couple days )

Around the clock email support - Available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Average response time is less then 30 minutes and issues are typically resolved with the first email.

It would be sweet if there were a site that stuck to this religiously.

Trainn doesn't contact you with missing credit requests. It's very possibly that the advertisers say you do not have credit for your offer, and that's why it's not changing.

Also, saying it takes a month and that PMing a rep does not help is a lie. I've had missing credit come back much faster than that.

ch3d

14-12-2005 08:51:42

communication is always nice.

If the vender is not replying then post it up. send me a note that says we have submitted your request to the vendor....date and time. It's annoying when you get no reply for 8 days in any situation. This is the internet not the pony express... -)

They specifically tell you not to send them a missing credit request through a suppor ticket. I try not to push my luck and follow all the rules perfectly though. dont want to get DQ for any reason!

No entity is ever able to be "perfect" 24/7/365. We try our best, but have never claimed to be. If issues can easily be resolved, they are as it means there are no resulting posts like this or countless emails and support tickets.

While its not something we want (and will end up delaying the request as we will ask you to submit it the proper way) that's not something that will cause your account to be locked. We're professionals do not need to look for some BS reason to lock your account.

the 7 day wait to submit is nice. It's the 21 days (so far) after that are getting to me. I don't know why Im surprised, all the free sites are the same. If you don't credit in 3 - 5 days you might as well assume you 'll be waiting 30+ days. I really should be used to it by now.

[i4312c4a28c]Should be[/i4312c4a28c] used to it, but the waiting is hard... I, along with one of my refs, submitted manual credit requests on the 14th or 15th of the month, and here we are, over two weeks later and still nothing. It's frustrating when you've done everything you could possibly do to get the free ipod, and then the rest is just waiting on trainn/offer companies to do their parts. You'd think that if you are going to pay a company an over-priced 6 dollar shipping charge to try their product legitimately, the least they could do is handle their credit offer reporting right since that's the deal they made with trainn, who brings them referrals. Guess that's too much to ask for though. Still, some kind of response from Trainn beyond the status of the request being "received" would be nice... After busting my butt to get all my refs lined up and in motion within a week, the whole process stalls for two weeks and it's not within my control. Waiting sucks.

Trainn-Alan

We continue to wait for the confirmations and given that most work schedules returns to normal tomorrw, I suspect this week most should be taken care of.

For future notice we have a new system installed where as long as you provide us with the requested information, we will be able to get the verification from the advertiser within 2 business days. It's not something you want to use, but if you have to, there are no further concerns about waiting longer then you have to.

Trainn-Alan

03-01-2006 07:55:05

It'll be the same way as before, it'll just be that new requests are handled and resolved much sooner. If you've already submitted your request, it is not necessary to do so again.

I've been wondering this, too. I've been resisting the urge to pm you for assistance, trying to wait on the proper channels to work out the delay issues, and I'm not sure at what point I should give in and ask for help...or if it would be an appropriate thing to ask for help with.

Has it even been opened/read yet?

Well, I (and the person i did the ref for) have been waiting on my offer credit for one month today, officially. And 20 days for a manual credit request. And now 2 days for a response to another support ticket to see if anyone is out there listening... It's apparently too early for me in a number of ways.

I'm just frustrated and it's not helping me be patient, and it's mostly because I have yet to get my first freebie from anywhere. Both offers I've done everything I could do to complete for freebies are sitting in limbo on their very last respective yellows... except with the trainn offer, I'm still waiting on my offer credit to clear, too. Why is it that everyone else I complete offers for get like immediate greens from me, even when they're trainn sites, but the very first offer I ever completed STILL hasn't greened? Stupid petchews. Never again, urban nutrition!

WoRdUp48

05-01-2006 14:59:41

I too am waiting to recieve credit for an "instant" offer that I completed. I do not know when it will happen, but I hope soon. I do not understad the delays, how sometimes it is instant, sometimes it is more than a month.

Oh well, I suppose all I can do is continue to wait.

I did not see this question answered thus far in this thread. At what point should we PM one of the Trainn reps here for assistance?

Thank you.

petrie

06-01-2006 05:53:09

Cool, I got my manual credit. It took one month from the day I completed the offer, but I have it nonetheless.

Now, if that one last yellow would green today on one or both of the sites I'm doing, it'd be the perfect end to the week.

My pm to alan sat unread untill he came back to the board about 4 days ago. now it's read with no reply. hmmm. I have'nt got credit yet either and it's a pretty simple offer. I tried Feel Serenity. I ordered it payed almost $8 for shipping. I ate the pills. I was somewhat happier. I have the invoice and the shipping confirmation and so does Trainn. Seems real simple. I just got my freepay/shuffle site put on hold, because they are saying that I talked about cancelation of offers in a forum somewhere. I specifically remember you talking about how Repocar was ez to fraud. You bragged about it so much. Jake came to the forum, saw your account, and put it on hold for frauding offers. Don't complain, you were frauding offers.

ch3d

16-01-2006 07:47:17

that was moths ago tho.

how many times do you get punished for one act? I changed all my posts and appologized. I haven't done anything like that again. I thought Jake and I got that worked out. I lost a green. I asked CS if I could continue to use freepay and they said yes. So that should have been the end of that.

So what else do you specifically remember?

you have 67 trades under your belt. did you keep all of the offers or did you fraud most of them? You must have tried all of them by now.....That's quite a few autoship subscriptiions that you have. and you pay for refs too? that sounds more fradulent than anything I do. hmmm.

I've kept several offers that I've tried. no where near 67 tho. ;-) And I've completed one site in my life time, so I don't think I pose much of a threat to freepay as far as fraud

I am fed up with TRAINN. Not only does TRAINN ignore me through their support ticket system, but TRAINN members here also also ignore my request to get my credit fixed. Completed an offer on Novermber 28, sumbitted a ticket on December 24. Not a word on the situation. I compeltely agree with ch3d, these free sites are going downhill fast, too fast in my opinion. IMO if you don't credit within 5-7 days you might as well be prepared to either do another offer or wait/piss and moan for 30+ days.

I've been waiting over a week for any contact about the request for missing credit. I submitted the confirmation email which is what they asked for. And still waiting. I hate that because it holds up the trade. I have another offer that hasn't been credited that I guess I will have to request manual credit for.

I answered a pm with a similar name (or perhaps even the same) about an hour ago on A4F, so I assume it was you, but in the future, use the methods listed on the site, [u69668431f7]do not rely on a message board private message or thread to get an answer[/u69668431f7], use the methods listed on the site to contact us.

I sent you two PM's about my account, and I haven't gotten a response. It's been a while since I submitted my MCR. Can you look into it for me? I have a trader that is upset that I haven't greened yet. Thanks.

Use their support methods on the site to get your credit, don't PM them.

I've used their "support" systems and haven't gotten anything. I submitted for credit on the 13th of December, and haven't gotten a response. I submitted a support ticket 5 days ago with no repsonse. I sent a PM to Alan yesterday, but I don't really expect a response just yet. I'm going to send an email next if I don't get credit soon...

You would think with such strong competition like Freepay, Trainn would try to step it up to deliver good customer service.

Its been exactly 30 days since i filed for a Missing Credit Request. Still nothing.

I do have the order confirmation email from the offer i did, maybe if i send them this i will get my credit.

I'm wondering the same thing, except it concerns my ref who did an offer on December 9th and was charged for it and still has no credit, this sucks.

Just try sending in a customer service inquiry along with the credit request. When I did that for mine I get credit pretty quickly.

I finally got credited after waiting over a month since i requested for a missing credit.
I sent a customer inquiry, saying that i have waited over a month with no response, also I copied and pasted the offer confirmation email.
They emailed me back the very next day, saying my offer was credited.

if an offer does not give credit, can the whole trainn account be ditched and recreated w/ another email?
