19 days in Processing status

19 days in Processing status and no answer iv put almost 7 tickets but no answer from them.Can anyone tell me what wrong with the ipods video 30 Gig ???

If you ordered a black one, they are backordered. Seems they are much more popular than the whites.

When did you put in the tickets? The oldest unanswered support ticket is from Sunday (I'm hoping they're all not since then).

Nothing is backordered, the black ipods just take a little longer to arrive one shipped because they are coming from the Apple warehouse in China.

I also sent in a support ticket that has been unanswered. I sent it in last wed. how long do they usually take to get answered? What about Missing Credit Reports too?

cool, my support ticket was answered, still would like to see if i can get a tracking number for my order though. its driving me nuts not knowing when my ipod should be coming. i sent in another support ticket. still waiting on missing credit though.
