I don't know how exactly this happened, but I completed an offer on dvdrecorders4free and it got credited to my flashipods4free account. I know for a fact that I did it on the right website because I remember clicking Back and refreshing the progress screen to see if it happened to credit instantly.

So do you think it would be possible for Trainn to transfer that credit? I had already completed an offer on the flashipods4free, so it's not a matter of me trying to make one offer count twice.

I already contacted Trainn about it several days ago. Has this happened to anyone else?

This has been known to happen if you use firefox to do offers.

Trainn might change it, but next time use IE to do offers.

Well I figure if Trainn is able to manually credit and revoke credit, they should be ABLE to help me out here. Whether they decide to or not is up to them, but I don't see a reason why they wouldn't. Hope I hear from them soon though, it's been a couple days.

I use Firefox and that happened to me for Freepay. I know it isn't TRAINN but for me, I told Jake and he just switched it over so that way both of my accounts had my offer completed. I wonder why that happens.

It helps. I use safari, never clear my cookies, and have never had a problem with this.

If we can verify the information the credit can be transferred, but you have to contact us (via email or support ticket) to have it checked.

We wont allow users to request action be taken on others accounts, because we don't know that you have authority to do so, nor do we have verification that they actually want it done. If another user is experiencing a problem, please recommend they contact us as that is the only way changes will be made.
