Trainn and checking support tickets

Well I have submitted a few support tickets lately that have seemed to go unanswered. In the past it seemed like my tickets were answered promptly, but here lately it seems as though they'll never be answered....and actually one was never answered because it never showed back up after all support tickets were cleared out (but that's not a big deal). I was just wondering what was going on, I guess it is just Trainn is backed up as far as answering support tickets go with having to ship out so many items here lately, at least I hope that's what it is. Anyways if anyone from Trainn could give a little insight into the situation I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks!!

That's funny that people say that, because I sent in a support ticket lastn ight or the night beofre, and it was answered in around 30 minutes as usual. /

well my questions were answered today, so it looks like they are back on track to getting the support tickets answered quickly which is wonderful news!!

It's been 7days so far for me, did they send you confirmation email or did the status just change from recieved to something else.

well again my support tickets are going unanswered for an unusually long time (for trainn tickets, it has only been a few days)....but i'm sure they are busy, but I hope they can get to my questions soon and also hopefully check this forum and give an update for 3604free shipments (because hopefully by now they'll be able to know if they'll get more systems to us before Christmas or sometime soon, since I just missed the last shipment apparently ( ....)

They are busy.... usually they answer me right away but haven't yet and it's been 2-3 days. Probably working on new sites for Trainn.... Everyone keep your eyes open the next 5 days or so, I have a feeling Trainn is going to launch a couple freebie sites any time now. ) That would be sweet!!!

I've been waiting 7 days on a support ticket also. I thought it would be answered by now.

Just wondering if anyone else was having support tickets going unanswered....I put it in a few days ago and understand it's the weekend, but usually Alan or Trainn-Support are active on the forums even on the weekend, so I think they do check support tickets too......and I think I've even had some answered over the weekend before.....anyways, hopefully they'll let us know something about 360s (and if they got some more) and also be able to get to support tickets

I have had many of my refs put in support tickets and they have all been over a week with no reply, can we get a response from someone at Trainn as to what the turnaround time should be for a reply?

they say 10 days. mine's on day 11 right now. hopefully not tooo much longer.

thats the same response i got from them about my missing credit report, my support ticket took 3 days to get answered......since its after midnight, i guess im going on day 15 since filing my missing credit report (

I just posted this elsewhere, but I'm on day 7 and so are two of my refs. Though, I guess as far as business days, all three of us are only on day 5...
