i posted a thread a lil bit ago, i was approved on the 16th, and still didnt get paypal today, could there be an error........i submitted the correct paypal information email, maybe thats the problem since my login email is different, this is really frustrating. (

No, we're waiting on word from Paypal. On Monday, some idiot thought it would be funny to issue a payment to the account and file a buyers complaint claiming their order wasn't filled. Given the amount of money ran through the account, paypal limited it until sufficient business information was supplied. That was done immediately and I expected to have it taken care of this morning. It was not and now we're waiting for Paypal's "security" team to lift the limits. The appropriate department has contacted them to try to expediate the issue, but they claim that department has no incoming phone support.
As soon as it's restored, the batch payment will be processed.
In the meantime, physical items and gift certificate orders have been taken care of and if you are getting an online gift certificate, it should be showing up momentarily.

It will, hopefully today. According to them, its "in the queue" and supposedly the department works 24 hours a day (except for Christmas) so it can happen at any time.
Also, although we wont be providing support tomorrow, if it does run into that time frame, payments will still be made.

From the information I received, no update yet, just being given the run around by them. They will keep at it tomorrow though and as Alan mentioned on Wednesday, as soon as the access is restored, the payments will be sent.
Some good news though, those who ordered items check your order status as you will be seeing some good news (before you ask, tracking #'s aren't in the system yet, but most ipods should arrive between Tuesday-Friday).

The paypal payments are still going out as I type this. Now with the bulk of the iPods and 360s shipped out, the Paypal payments have returned to their normal Late Tuesday/Early Wednesday and Late Friday/Early Saturday time frames.

The payments have been going out for the last few hours, keep in mind though that we have 2 pay periods to make up for in addition to the 'regularly scheduled' one so it is taking a bit longer then usual. If you don't receive it by the time you sign off for the night, don't worry. It'll be there when you log back on tomorrow morning.
