well I went to check on a support ticket in my 3604free account and noticed that all of my support tickets are gone...is anyone else having a similar problem? It isn't a huge deal, it's just i wanted to know something about my account and now since my last inquiry isn't there I won't get an answer...I'm going to give it awhile and hope things get back to normal.....please post in here if you have a similar problem with your account. thanks!!

We're revamping the system so some may not be viewable for the next few hours. No changes will be viewable immediately upon the tickets being restored, but it is preparation towards bigger and better things that will come with the new site revision.

This may be a stupid question, but will my most recent support ticket be answered, or I guess I'll just wait and see once things are restored and if not, just submit another??

Figured it was something of the sort ....thanks for the response!! Can't wait to get my 360 in after Thanksgiving and around exam time!!! (then the big thing will be to stop playing it long enough to pass my classes!!!). I love you trainn, you rock!! )

Good, I was wondering the same thing, but i figured that was a dumb question also I didnt want to ask. oops
Interesting. I submitted a ticket two days ago and it has not been answered. The ticket is gone from my list, who knows what's going on.

Unfortunately yes, some requests have taken a bit longer then usual to answer due to the heavy volume this past week, but we're expecting to have them all answered by Monday.
