HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TRAIN TO SEND OUT ITEM?

Hey,

I was told that train has the nano ipods "available to ship immediately". I got approved and submit my order early early morning of the 10th.

It's order status still has not changed from "received". Could anyone tell me how long it generally takes for them to ship out their items if they are "available to ship immediately"?

Fast shipping - When you place an order, you receive an estimated shipping date which is visible on the order status page. Most range from a couple of days to two weeks and all orders come with a shipping guarantee that provides extra bonus if we do not ship your item within 15 business days (pre-orders or backordered items are excluded). If your order has not shipped within that time frame, we will give you $100 (paypal or check) plus your gift on the spot!


So 15 business days max, probaly around 1 week or so.

so you think it will probably ship by the 17th, since that is 7 days from the day I submit my order?

on your order status page there will be a shipping estimate. It will ship by that date unless it gets backordered. If it's in stock it might be much quicker.

My shipping estimate was Nov 6th. I still haven't gotten anything. =/

How can you have a shipping estimate of the 6th and 0 referals completed????

yeah that way you can't order two items. It's the same with points sites when you place your order your points disappear

And yeah, I completed flashipods4free. I sent in a support ticket today concerning my issues and I hope they give me an update sooooon.

lol stop bugging out bud, its only been 4 days it will always take about a week to ship it out initially unless you get lucky.

My order status changed to "processeing". I think it will ship out tonight. Does anyone know what shipping method they usually use? I think they use USPS, but does anyone know what specific shipping method or how long it takes once shipped?

I have been waiting for 17 days for the 60gig Black Video iPod to ship, I doubt it will ship out today.

I'm still a bit curious on why my order went from "Received" to "Shipped" without marking any other process like "Processing" or "Shipping Soon." I think it turned into "Shipped" yesterday but I'm not sure how long it takes for delivery or how they mail somethng out.

All orders go through the processing stage, but in some cases it enters and leaves it within 10 minutes (then going to shipped) so a lot will not even see the order as "Processing."

Mine went to Received in about...a minute. It took a few days to go to Shipping Soon and then a few more days to Shipped. It's been 11 days since it changed to Shipped, and I still have nothing. I checked around my front door for a slip from UPS or something, but nope, nothing.

I sent a support ticket on 11/14, but I still haven't gotten a response. What the hell.
