Trainn Sent me the wrong gift

I completed 3604free.com with 15 referrals and I decided that the 360 sucks 20 I wanted the $500 best buy gift card. I ordered it and after a few days recieved it in the mail. I call the number to see how much money is on the card and mysteriously it is only [b93aa229b5e]$100[/b93aa229b5e]. I have created a support ticket about this, but I find that trainn only answers support tickets when they have fixed your problem. So I was wondering what should I do about this.

That only happens with Best Buy Gift Card over $350. They handle the fulfillment on those and they automatically use UPS shipping for anything $200 or more. Because a $500 card does not exist, you receive 1 $100 & 2 $200's, the $100 is sent via USPS and the other via UPS. You will be receiving the other portion soon (likely tomorrow or Friday).
