Does TRAINN credit only on business days under certainhours?

I was wondering because my friend signed up for an offer at like 8 pm (NYC time zone) and he didnt get credit. I never had problems like that before.

apparently not, crediting for instants should be instant and i dont think people check them (until approval) only because i juts got credited.
