I applied for approval 2 weeks ago still no responce, I emailed them, support ticket opened nothing. I got 7 refferls done for a 5 refferl ipod.
Please some representatives help me out.

Since when is 8 days considered two weeks?
Man, I'm really out of the loop these days. First people are trying to tell me of new company policies (that never existed) and now the definition of "weeks" is changing and I've lost the ability to count as I'm constantly barraged with "It's been X days, It's now X+1 days." Wow ?

Similarly, i completed stamps.com for flashipods4free on oct 5th, filed a missing credit report, and still have not gotten an answer.
Hoping this would only be a one time thing, i signed up for 3604free, signed up for pet chews on oct 11th, waited a few days, sent in a missing credit report, and still have not gotten a reply.
My experiences with Trainn haven't been very good so far.

No email replies are given for missing credit requests. Upon receiving an answer, your support status page is updated accordingly with the answer and any credits.

trainn is usually pretty good about offer credits but I still haven't gotten my stamps.com credit either! I know it's supposed to credit instantly but I used firefox, and apparently it doesn't work that way. Nonetheless it's just really annoying, it has been two weeks (actually 13 days haha) and I'm using the service. Oh well, hopefully they'll get to me soon . . .

If one of your referrals uses firefox for stamps, but has the e-mail confirmation, should he or she "theroretically" get credit for doing that offer?

i used firefox for stamps, and it worked fine for me. i'm pretty sure that firefox is not the problem.

No email replies are given for missing credit requests. Upon receiving an answer, your support status page is updated accordingly with the answer and any credits.

Are there ever cases where you don't get a reply from the advertiser for some reason?
if so do you notify the customer if they are not going to receive credit?
Why do some offers credit only like half the time?

Long time = 3 1/2 days? Because that's the oldest unanswered support ticket.
