I had a ref do Pet Care RX offer like a week and a half ago (6 business days). How long does it usually take? Should I have her send a support email?

Still nothing. I had my ref email customer support but still no green. I wonder if its just really slow or if they are having problems with the offer. My ref already got there pet meds so I don't know what's up...
