I submitted for approval sept 7th and then the server crashed and only my completed refs shows. I know approval is offline but why am i still waiting? I havent heard anything in 2 weeks

lol, considering he has like over 40,000 records to update....
I submitted on the 7th as well. I've been in contact with multiple TRAINN reps and they've been very good about getting all 10 of my refs restored. Hoping to make tomorrow's shipment )

i just got approved tonight at about 130am (an hour ago) and i submitted for approval on the 8th.
hopefully i make tomorrows/todays shipment/payment.
they ship on tuesdays and fridays. at least they used to, im not sure if they still do.
trainn are the da best.. i emailed them my ref links and they fixed it with in 10min... WOW.
now waiting for paypal =)

ok all my refs were restored but do i have to reapply for approval? It says place my order

yeah it said that for me also, but about 5 minutes after i submitted for approval again, i got an e-mail (non-automated) saying that they had all my offline records and matched them up and shit and my approval would still continue from when i submitted originally.
so just click it, but you wont have to wait the full amount of time.

No, your account should be setup to allow you to place your order.
