I've tried e-mailing about this, but no luck. I submitted for approval on dvdrecorders4free.com on the 2nd, but this site is still down for me? Does it work for anyone else? Perhaps it's just DNS issues.

We did have to change the DNS settings yesterday so it may not have propagated to all ISPs yet.

I'm not sure if anyone else was having trouble, but a temporary fix until the DNS is propagated to all ISPs is to add the IP
69.16.193.12
to your hosts file. (located in Windows Install Dir\sys32\drivers\etc.)
