ya, $250 USD converted into Canada paypal is something around $295 CAD
and the 20GB Colour iPod cost $379 CAD ( a big difference..

I haven't had a chance to check your account yet, but have you contacted us now that Canadian Post delivery times have passed? I had asked the one responding to your ticket to ask you to let us know if it didn't arrive today so we could see what the heck is going on.
