After I'm approved for a 5 referral iPod, can I change the gift to a 5 referral PayPal?

And if I do, do I have to wait again?

that will most likely add onto your waiting time.

Once you're approved you can redeem any item that you have enough credit for. If you are going for a higher item though and get additional referrals, they will need to be verified before being allowed to order.

You can get a new 20GB Color for $269 directly from Apple with free shipping as a student.

You can also get a 20GB Color iPod from an Amazon seller (Paypal protection and all) for $200, last I checked. There was an Amazon seller that used to sell 30GB Color iPods (Apple version) for $200 but it was gone when I checked just a few days ago.

I personally wouldn't buy the HP ones because from what I've heard they're not Mac complatible.

I personally choose the paypal, because it's faster to get and if you do buy an ipod from somewhere with the money you can get a warrenty or whatever
