Should I cash out with 100, or try to get 2 more refs for 250?

Well I only have 1 green at the moment, but a real life friend who is doing it later today, a trade on here that I went green on, just waiting for him to do it (he has a high TR so I trust him), then I'll be at 3.
One of my trades, "raft", screwed me over and blocked me on AIM, not quite sure how to report him for negative TR.
Anyways, I plan on getting the 20gig photo now, didn't realize it was a photo. I'll hopefully finish today or tomorrow.
