How long does it take to answer support tickets?
I have a guy that signed up under me, and he completed a couple of level b offers, and still hasn't received credit for them. He opened a support ticket more than a week ago and still hasn't received a reply. (This is on flashipods4free.com, by the way.)
Personally, I've received responses from both flashipods4free.com and 3604free.com rather quickly. Within 1-3 days typically. Are you guys a little behind, just busy, what? Thanks for any help you can provide idea
I've been receiving answers from them up until yesterday. I don't know what's going on.
I asked one today, got my answer within 15 minutes. Probably just got lucky.
Wow, maybe my ref is just unlucky. I'll open a support ticket with them and check it out ;-)

It's all based on the workload, Monday and Tuesdays are especially busy as despite us working 7 days, shippers, advertisers, etc don't work on the weekend so Mon & Tues. are the days that everything is caught up on.
Ah, I see, I'm just trying to figure out my credit situation.
