I completed the auctioneers.com trial on the 11th and still have not received credit for it yet. Have also sent in 2 support tickets with no response to either one. Any other suggestions?
If you have emailed us or submitted a missing credit request we will attempt to verify it and when we hear something we will contact you.
Please do not use the board as a account specific support area. Although we monitor it, we must receive the information from the sections on our site dedicated to handling such issues as that allows us the necessary information to follow up.
I was more or less asking others on the board if they have had the same problem or if they had any suggestions. Thanks, for the quick response though.
