Ok so I have seen this offer on a few of the transcendent innovations sites and have been curious as to how much it costs...and what the deal is. I read on the ancestry.com website that they will refund your money if you aren't happy after a 7 day period. I find that reassuring as I'm not totally sure if I'll be able to find my "missing link" in my geneaology. So basically I was wondering if anyone could let me know 1) how much it costs to sign up for ancestry.com and 2) if you can get your money back if you aren't happy after using the service and 3) if you do end up canceling during the refund period if you'd still get credit (it seems you would as you did try the product, but didn't find it as useful as you'd thought)?? please someone let me know...thanks!!

i believe it is free. i did it awhile back but i remember i got credit pretty fast. you should be able to keep credit if you do not like the product. as long as you dont ask for a refund withing a couple days or something.

the ancestry.com offer on the Transcendent sites is not the same as the one that used to be on the gratis sites. This Ancestry.com offer is NOT a trial. I emailed support about this and was told that it was a full membership and costs close to $200 for a year of the service. You may be able to get a refund and keep the credit, but it kinda seems like a big risk to take.
