I attempted TrimLife last night for DVDrec's and it had an error, but I still got charged. I'm getting a little bit angry now....

Well its been like 13days and still nothing. I havent recieved credit. Funny thing is it says 46 points when i click on it now. Does this mean i wont get credit! Before people got credit for this offer yet im not.

In cases like that you will receive the value at the time of the offer click.

We credit everything that we have reported to us the same day. We can't report what the advertiser doesn't send.

I understand that. I got charged plus signed up for 3 other train sites around the same time and recieved nothing.

With what? The "We haven't heard anything yet" response that people are complaining about since they consider it a "form letter?" We do reply to them, but when we get the same questions from the same users when there isn't a decision, there's not much to say.
This situation wasn't normal (nor our fault since we are and were still getting dozens of completions a day for those same offers that users had complained about) and isn't a "standard" problem that gets a standard solution. If it was happening to us, it was happening to other users and they have to see what the problem is to prevent further damage and then go back and start checking the completions.

Ill send in a few support tickets for sites i havenet recieve credit for and see if i can get credit. I sent in the trimlife ticket with confirmation email last week.
