In order to cut down on a number of the same questions, I'd like to create an FAQ here (that will hopefully be pinned at the top of the forum) so if you have a general question (account specific inquiries will not be answered here), please submit it and I'll update this post as necessary.

i have a few.
after getting all your greens, whats the approval process like? average wait time? are we notified through e-mail upon the decision?
after being approved, how long is it before we should expect our gift or paypal?
if we dont recieve credit after a certain amount of time, if we dont want to submit a no credit request, can we just do an other offer and still get credit for it?
would you consider a custom order, if someone was to get enough refs?
thats all i can think of at the moment, ill try and think of more. D

The approval process is fairly simple, you request approval when you have achieved the neccessary amount of referrals, the system automatically checks to make sure you have enough referrals and you have done your offer. After that your order is submitted. Prior to shipment the referrals are verified to be unique. Shipments occur every Tues and Friday. Deadline is 10PM CST, they ship out paypal from 3-4 CST AM. Yes you can do another offer to get credit if needed. No custom orders are not avaliable, unless in extreamly rare circumstancse.
Haha, what do you think of my response Alan? lol

Does trimlife count as a fulll offer credit, it looks like it might be only 46 points and one ref is claiming he got credit for it and im not seeing him as offer completed.

Thats kind of misleading since its on the level a page. If thats the reason for me not being credited that should be fixed -/

We switched the aggregator of the offer not too long ago and it does qualify for the Level A offer, but we had not updated the point value.
If you had someone do it over the last 2 1/2 weeks with a point account, it has counted as a completion despite the value discrepancy.

Definitely, in addition to new "big" sites (like flashipods, 3604free, etc), we're also going to change the formula around a bit and try some new things with smaller sites.

Is crediting entirely automated, or do you have a policy similar to Coobro where you can "hold" referrals to avoid having too many accounts finish and require payment / shipment at the same time?

Everything is automated, If we receive credit, you receive it the same day.
