(repeats support ticket info but nothing was submitted)

Trainn, can I ask why you never respond to credit requests?
If it's through pm and I haven't responded to it, it's because I have a bunch and haven't had time to respond to them all, but I will.
If it's through other means, it's because we update the same day the credits are reported to us and until they are reported to us, we have no further information. We were replying to them all, but then started getting complaints because people didn't like the standard "We have no new info" reply because it wasn't "personal".
