Alan - Since you have acknowledged that you are having crediting problems, should we hold off from doing more offers or getting our referrals from doing offers if we are gonna risk losing credit?

The number is based on those who submit missing credit requests (we need the hard information to go back and request credit) against those receiving new credits each day and since the influx on Friday, the number of requests are still higher then average, but the problem does not seem to be as rampant as it previously was.

We say 10 days because that is the average time but there really is no standard as it all depends on how much time they have available to go back and check the logs. Sometimes we will submit the information and get something back in minutes while the next it may take days.

Yes, I did, as well as a ton of others, but am still trying to clear up this credit mess.
No credits are being withheld because this (justifiably) creates numerous requests all asking the same thing, but for different accounts which slows down productivity.
There are no outstanding credits that have been reported to us that weren't reported to you, everything is current.
If we were notified the offer was completed, the account has already been credited, if it hasn't then we have not yet received confirmation of completion through normal procedure or a missing credit request.
For all those who have not received credit and have accounts with our other sites please check to see if you have credit there. If you have not completed an offer on that site and you have credit there then that's the problem. This happens when the advertiser reports back that the completion was done on that site due to cookie issues.
If you believe you have received a credit on the wrong site, file a missing credit request on the offer or email the address below and include a note at the top indicating that you believe you may have received credit at the wrong site. We will then compare it with the click history and if the times match, we will transfer the credit.
Second, if the first situation does not apply to you and you haven't already, please submit a missing credit request with the [b2225ceab00]FULL EMAIL FROM THE ADVERTISER[/b2225ceab00] received upon completion. If you did not receive an email, please include an order number, user name, etc so we have something to go by. Just saying "I didn't get credit" is useless and requests sent in like that are disregarded as it gives us nothing to reference when contacting the advertiser.
If you already filed a missing credit request with information like that, the system will not allow you to go back and edit the information. In those cases, we have set up a special email address to handle those claims. That address is credit @ trainn.org and is for [b2225ceab00]Missing Credit Requests Only[/b2225ceab00]. General support emails go to the regular address.
Once we receive your request, you will receive a confirmation and we will forward the information to the advertiser for verification, but you will not hear back until we get a decision. As much as we'd like to answer each missing credit request status inquiry, giving a status report every hour is not possible (yes, we have users who do this). When we hear something, you will too!

i havent recieved credit for an offer i did, and i e-mailed them and asked if i should submit a missing credit request.
they said that since it had been longer than the estimated time for me to get credit, then i could go ahead and submit a no credit request.
i think that as a general rule, if you have waited longer than it said you would have to wait for credit, then you can submit a no credit request.
their customer service has to be the best out there! replies to my e-mail/question within an hour!

I've did offers for both FreeFlatScreens and Flash and haven't received credit.
I did driving four dollars and stamps.com
I've heard d4d is supposed to be very quick

Goto your c\windows\system32\drivers\etc and open the hosts file, and clear it out. I used to get page cannot be displayed all the time, but this fixed it.

when i tried to do driving4dollars, it took me to the page after signup, it was an for something i think, and every time i clicked on it, it did nothing at all.......not a fuckin thing.

I am getting extremely irritated with this lack of credit. Everything worked perfectly up until now. Driving4Dollars, FreeBidding, and TrimLife all credited within a couple of hours.
That all changed once I hit 4/5 greens on both flatscreen and flashipods. Alan said they credit automatically, so I suppose that means this is coincidence, but whatever it is, it's quite aggravating.
My 5th on flatscreen did Driving4Dollars on Thursday night. Since d4d has been having problems, I advised him to do another offer when he didn't receive credit by Friday morning. He then did Trimlife. No credit at all and it's now Monday... maybe a short time for other sites, but abnormal here.
My first 5th on flashipods did D4D last week, nothing yet. Another ref did FreeBidding this afternoon. Nothing yet there either.
I dunno.

Dvdrecorders is one of the worest sites i have done. I have completed bargain.com and Trimlife but still no credit. They dont respond to Tickets. I have 3 refs on flashipods that havent got credited in more than 3 weeks. I wont even bother finishing it. It is a waste of time.

Well, I have nothing. No credit, no email explaining the lack of credit, and my support tickets have vanished. Should I submit other tickets, or just give up? It doesn't appear that these issues are being addressed for a lot of people.
